{"id":252,"date":"2020-04-16T11:47:50","date_gmt":"2020-04-16T09:47:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/supervegetarienne.com\/?p=252"},"modified":"2020-08-03T20:33:21","modified_gmt":"2020-08-03T18:33:21","slug":"croquettes-de-courgettes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/supervegetarienne.com\/index.php\/2020\/04\/16\/croquettes-de-courgettes\/","title":{"rendered":"Croquettes de courgettes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Ingr\u00e9dients : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>300 g de courgettes r\u00e2p\u00e9es<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>1 petit oignon r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>27 g de farine<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>3 g de levure chimique<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>35 g de parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>1 c.\u00e0.s de menthe hach\u00e9e finement<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>2 c.\u00e0.c de persil hach\u00e9 finement<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>1 pinc\u00e9e de muscade<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>25 g de chapelure<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>1 \u0153uf en omelette<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Huile d&#8217;olive <\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Sel &amp; Poivre <\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Les 9 \u00e9tapes \u00e0 suivre : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Essorez les courgettes et l&#8217;oignon dans un torchon propre et extraire au maximum de jus en serrant fort le torchon.<\/li><li>M\u00e9langez avec la farine, la levure, le parmesan, la menthe, le persil, la muscade, la chapelure et l\u2019\u0153uf en omelette dans un grand saladier. <\/li><li>Salez et poivrez g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement.<\/li><li>M\u00e9langez avec les mains pour obtenir une p\u00e2te compacte.<\/li><li>Faites chauffer l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive dans une grande po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen.<\/li><li>Faites des petites boulettes du m\u00e9lange et les aplatir avec les mains.<\/li><li>Posez les galettes dans l&#8217;huile chaude et laissez frire 2\/3 minutes jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elles soient dor\u00e9es.<\/li><li>\u00c9gouttez les croquettes sur du papier absorbant. <\/li><li>Servez les croquettes tr\u00e8s chaudes avec des quartiers de citrons.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Bonne d\u00e9gustation !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Recette extraite du livre &#8220;Petits plats v\u00e9g\u00e9tariens&#8221; du Larousse.
